Comments: Earlier this year, after suffering significant pain in my left shoulder, I committed to seeking surgery for what had been diagnosed as tears.

I received Dr. Seth Gamradt’s name from a good friend. She gave me his assistant’s direct line and email address and to my surprise, I was able to reach her immediately. I work minimum 10 hours a day so ease and speed are important to me when selecting a doctor as there is often layers of holds and transfers before ever being connected to their service.

Prior to surgery day, I had received all important releases and post instruction procedures well in advance. I was able to bring them to my pre-op prepared with questions. Since I’m a planner, this checked another important box for me.

Surgery was a success and even better news, I actually had a severe case of frozen shoulder. Dr. Gamradt pivoted during surgery with a course of action that required a shorter and less painful recovery. Dr. Gamradt’s calming but informative bed side manner provided the clear steps I needed to begin my healing process with at home treatment and PT. He even provided me his own business card with direct contact information - that was a first for me and I’m in my 60’s!

At Dr. Gamradt’s LA and Beverly Hills locations, parking was easy (valet at LA), facilities spotless, and staff courteous and helpful. I live in Westlake Village and did not regret the drive as the experience was worth it.

Six months later I am pain free with full mobility. During the height of Covid, I saw Dr. Gamradt via Telemed appointments. And on my last two in person meetings, at his office. I can’t thank him and his staff enough for the care and attention I was given throughout this experience.
